  • These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Bringit Travel, Inc. (“Bringit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Bringit’s services, including our website, web app, customer support, and courier services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms supersede all prior agreements. Continued use of Bringit’s services after modifications implies acceptance.

  • Bringit is an on-demand luggage concierge service that facilitates the pickup and delivery of user luggage between airports, hotels, residences, and short-term rentals. Users may book services via the Bringit web app prior to or upon arrival.

  • To use Bringit’s services, users must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. Users must be at least 18 years old. Each user may only maintain one account unless otherwise approved. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and are liable for activities that occur under their account.

  • To ensure smooth service:

    • Domestic departures: Book at least 4 hours prior to your flight.

    • International departures: Book at least 6 hours prior.
       

    Pickup methods include:

    • Hotel concierge or front desk 

    • Direct handoff

    • Secure location access (garage, locker, porch, etc.)

    • Designated contact or representative
       

    Users must upload luggage photos, claim tickets, and provide access instructions in-app.

  • By using Bringit's services, the user expressly authorizes Bringit and its agents to retrieve their checked luggage from the baggage claim area of domestic flights on their behalf. The user agrees to provide accurate flight and baggage claim information to facilitate this process.

  • Bringit operates an internal luggage protection program. A portion of each transaction contributes to a reserve fund. Users may opt to purchase additional third-party insurance independently.

    Base coverage: up to $500 per bag
    Maximum coverage: $1,000 per user per service
    Users may purchase third-party insurance independently.

  • • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to scheduled service to avoid a $20 fee.
    • Changes to orders must be made in-app at least 4 hours before service begins.

  • Bringit is only liable for loss or damage that can be proven to have occurred while under our custody.
    We are not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    • Weather delays, airport closures, TSA holds, theft, or third-party disruptions

    • Damage to fragile, prohibited, or improperly packed items.

    Missed Flights Due to Delay: Delayed Deliveries resulting in missed flights: If Bringit causes a delay resulting in a missed flight, we will ship the affected luggage via the fastest available method to the user’s destination and cover costs up to the insurance limit of $1,000.

  • Luggage may not contain live animals, hazardous materials, weapons, illegal substances, or items restricted by law, airline, or TSA regulations.

    • Max recommended size: 62 linear inches

    • Max recommended weight per item: 70 lbs (32kg)

    • Max item dimensions for specialty items (e.g., skis, golf clubs): Should be ebay to handle and stack. It has to be pre-disclosed. 

    Not Permitted Examples:

    • Items requiring two-person lifts or dollies

    • Luggage with leaking contents, biohazards, or pungent odor

    • Furniture, TV boxes, strollers not in bags

    • Cargo boxes or items requiring pallets

    • Irregular shapes like canoes, bikes without box or container. 

     

    We do not accept oversized trunks, furniture, industrial cases, or irregularly shaped items that cannot be safely transported or stored.

     

    Bringit reserves the right to reject any item or terminate service if risk is detected.

  • Bringit is committed to handling your luggage safely and securely. However, users are responsible for ensuring proper preparation, pickup, and drop-off conditions.

    • Pickup/Drop-off Responsibility: Bringit assumes no liability for the condition or security of locations where luggage is left or picked up (e.g., hotel lobbies, garages, porches). It is the user’s responsibility to ensure proper handoff and to provide accurate access instructions (including any necessary codes or concierge details).
       

    • Luggage Sealing: For added security, Bringit seals all accepted luggage with a tamper-evident tag featuring a unique QR code and control number, which is scanned and stored in your service record.
       

    • Tracking & Recording: Handoff transitions may be recorded or logged for quality assurance and traceability. These records are used to confirm service completion and support potential claims.
       

    • Size & Weight Guidelines:

      • Each item must not exceed:

      • 70 lbs (32 kg) in weight

      • 62 linear inches (sum of length + width + height)

      • Oversized items like skis, snowboards, or golf clubs must be declared during booking and transported in travel-ready bags or cases.
         

    • Unacceptable Items: Bringit does not accept furniture, industrial containers, unboxed fragile items, or any luggage that cannot be safely transported or stored by our team.
       

    • Luggage Contents: We do not inspect luggage contents. Users agree not to include fragile, perishable, hazardous, or illegal items. Bringit is not responsible for loss or damage to such contents if included against our policy.

  • Users agree to use Bringit responsibly and legally. Fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in account suspension or termination.

  • We collect and store only the data necessary to provide service, optimize routes, and improve customer experience. See our Privacy Policy for details.

  • Promotional codes must be used lawfully and as intended. Bringit may disable or void codes at any time. Users submitting content grant Bringit a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content in connection with services and marketing.

  • Users consent to being contacted via text, call or electronic email for service or marketing purposes. Users may opt-out of marketing content at any time.

  • Bringit retains all rights to its services and content. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse Bringit’s platform or trademarks.

  • Some functionality may integrate with third-party apps or APIs (e.g., Stripe, FlightStats). We are not responsible for the reliability or actions of these services.

  • Users agree to pay all charges for services requested via their account. Bringit may adjust fees and will notify users of changes where appropriate.

  • All disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Users waive rights to jury trials or class action lawsuits. If you disagree with changes to this agreement, you must notify us in writing within 30 days.

  • Claims for lost/damaged luggage must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery and fully documented within 30 days.
    Any legal action must be initiated within 10 days of the incident.

  • These Terms are governed by Utah law and the Federal Arbitration Act, as applicable. Arbitration provisions supersede conflicting state laws.

  • Bringit may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates signifies acceptance.

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, each item must:

  • Weigh no more than 70 lbs (32 kg)

  • Measure no more than 62 linear inches (length + width + height)
    (Items like skis or golf clubs must be in travel cases and disclosed during booking.)

  • What is Bringit?
    Bringit is an on-demand luggage concierge that picks up and delivers your bags so you can travel hands-free.
  • How does it work?
    For Arrivals: Request the service prior to your flight or immediately after landing via our webapp. Upload your baggage claim ticket once issued. Domestic flights (checked luggage): Simply walk out hands-free. We’ll pick up your bags from baggage claim and deliver them to your selected location within 4 hours. International flights and carry-ons: Meet our staff at the designated curbside area to hand off your bags. Choose your delivery method: Hotel delivery: We deliver to your hotel concierge. Important: The booking name must match your hotel reservation name. Otherwise, a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply. Leave it with someone: Provide full details, address, time, and recipient's contact. Note: If the contact doesn't match or they’re unavailable, a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply. For Departures: Book your departure service anytime with a minimum requirement of 4 hours before domestic flights or 6 hours before international flights. Pickup Options: From Hotels: Leave your luggage at the concierge, upload the bag ticket, and pre-pay any related charges or tips if needed. We'll pick up your bags and meet you at your airline’s counter. From AirBnbs/Residences: Leave your bags in a designated spot (garage, entryway, etc.). Share the exact location and any access codes. (Confirm with your property manager that this is allowed. Bringit is not responsible for invalid codes.) We'll meet you at your airline’s counter. Direct Handoff: Prefer to meet us? Schedule a pickup time and hand your luggage directly to our courier. Leave it with Someone: Share their address, contact info, and pickup time. If the recipient info doesn't match or they’re unavailable, a $20 re-delivery fee applies. Bonus for Partner Airlines: For select domestic partner airlines, we can check your luggage directly at the counter, so you can skip the lines. Real-time Notifications: You’ll get updates every step of the way, pickup confirmation, real-time tracking, and proof of delivery right to your phone.
  • How much does it cost?
    $37 covers up to 2 bags. $10 for each extra bag. $15 for sport equipment or non-standard items. 30 miles radius from the Salt Lake International Airport; $1 per extra mile. If penalizations happens; it will be added to the final cost. Ex. wrong address, wrong name under the hotel reservation, etc.
  • When should I book?
    Best practice is to book your service after your flight and accommodations are reserved. Arrivals: Book before or right after landing. Departures: Book at least 4 hours (domestic) or 6 hours (international) before your flight.
  • Where is Bringit available?
    Starting in Salt Lake City (SLC) in 2025 — with plans to expand to more airports soon.
  • Are there extra charges for long distances?
    Yes, a $1 per mile fee applies beyond the 30-mile service radius from Salt Lake City International Airport.
  • Where do you pick up or drop off?
    Hotels, Airbnbs, residences, or selected local addresses.
  • How do I track my bags?
    Real-time tracking, SMS updates, and proof of delivery straight to your phone.
  • Is my luggage safe?
    Yes. We use secure tracking, trained staff, and insurance up to $1,000 per service.
  • What happens if my luggage is delayed or lost?
    We’ll expedite your luggage to your next destination and provide coverage up to $1,000.
  • How do I request a refund?
    To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Does Bringit deliver ski gear and oversized luggage to Park City?
    Absolutely. We deliver luggage, ski gear, and snowboards to hotels and lodges in Park City, Deer Valley, East Village and nearby mountain destinations.
  • Can I store luggage before my Airbnb check-in?
    Yes! Request for any temporary access codes from the property manager or our couriers coordinate luggage pickup or delivery using GPS and SMS. If address, code provided, or guest is unavailable a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply.
  • Do I have to meet the courier in person?
    Not always. Many deliveries are contactless. We’ll confirm drop-off instructions during your booking and update you via SMS if courier meet-up is requested.
  • Can I cancel or change my booking?
    Yes, up to 4 hours before your pickup time with no penalty.
  • What's the covered area in Utah?
    Your booking includes delivery within a 30-mile radius of the Salt Lake City International Airport. This includes Downtown Salt Lake City, Sugar House, University of Utah, Sandy, Kimble Junction, and Park City resorts. It's just $1 per extra mile; easy math, no surprises to access areas of East Village Park City or beyond. We're expanding soon to additional airports nationwide.

  • What can I pack in my luggage?
    Bringit is designed to handle standard travel luggage, but there are a few important rules to keep in mind: ✅ Permitted Items: Clothes, shoes, toiletries, travel accessories Sports gear (like skis or golf clubs), if properly packed Laptops and electronics (though we recommend carrying these with you) ❌ Not Allowed: Cash, jewelry, or other valuables Fragile or perishable items (glassware, food, etc.) Hazardous materials (flammables, chemicals, batteries not installed in devices) Weapons, firearms, explosives, or illegal substances Live animals or plants Items prohibited by TSA or airline regulations Bringit does not inspect the contents of your luggage. However, by using our service, you agree to comply with our prohibited items policy. If prohibited items are discovered or suspected, we may suspend service and involve the appropriate authorities if needed.   • What is the Bringit Partner Program?
    Track guest bookings through your custom link and qualify for performance-based rewards as part of our hospitality partner program.
  • Who can become a partner?
    Anyone with a travel-focused audience, such as hotels, Airbnb hosts, travel agencies, event organizers, or content creators. If you have a passion about enhancing the travel experience, Bringit is a great fit.
  • How do I get started?
    It’s easy to join Bringit! There are no setup fees or obligations. 1. Choose the Guest-Booked Model (guests reserve independently through your custom link) or the Property-Partnered Model (offer Bringit as a built-in amenity with monthly billing options). 2. You’ll receive co-branded booking tools, digital assets, and staff training to promote a hands-free guest experience, at no cost. 3. Track usage through your dashboard and unlock performance-based rewards through our Guest Experience Partnership Program.
  • Is there a cost to join as a partner?
    Zero. No fees, no catch. We provide training, promo codes, and all marketing assets at no cost. If you decide to cover the customer’s services, you’ll pay the balance every month.
  • How do I track my rewards?
    You'll get access to a personal dashboard where you can see impressions, click through rates and rewards in real time.
  • What are the two partner options?
    Guest-Booked Model Give your guests a seamless, hands-free arrival and departure by sharing a custom booking link or QR code. They book directly at a discounted rate, and you gain access to usage reporting, promotional tools, and guest support—without any operational lift. Property-Partnered Model Offer Bringit as a premium amenity by covering the service on behalf of your guests. We provide exclusive rates and simplified monthly invoicing to make it easy for hotels, vacation rentals, and event venues to deliver an elevated experience.

    We provide you with: In-room promotional material & QR codes to drive awareness. Pre-arrival emails & check-in reminders to introduce Bringit before guests arrive. Icons or banners for your physical or digital guest book or Airbnb listing Training for front desk staff to naturally mention the service at check-in.   • How can I become a partner?
    To become a partner, sign up through our partner program page. Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link to share.
