Bringit is a smart on-demand luggage concierge service, designed to eliminate the "Luggage Limbo". We collect, store, and deliver your bags from the airport directly to your destination (and vice-versa), providing the invisible infrastructure for frictionless, hands-free travel.

How does it work?

For Arrivals:
1. Request the service prior to your flight or immediately after landing via our webapp.
2. Upload your baggage claim ticket once issued.
3. Domestic flights (checked luggage): Simply walk out hands-free. We’ll pick up your bags from baggage claim.
4. International flights and carry-ons: Meet our staff  inside the terminal, level 1, by the Starbucks. The column on the outside is 6A.
5. Choose your delivery method:
    • Hotel delivery: We deliver to your hotel concierge. Important: Always use the name listed on the hotel reservation, even if it is different than the name used when booking on Bringit. Otherwise, a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply.
    • Leave it with someone: Provide full details, address, time, and recipient's contact. Note: If the contact doesn't match or they’re unavailable, a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply.
       6. Your luggage will be secured, and delivered under normal operating conditions within 4 hours  
            or faster.

For Departures:
Book your departure service anytime with a minimum requirement of 4 hours before domestic flights or 6 hours before international flights.

Pickup Options:
 • From Hotels: Leave your luggage at the concierge, upload the bag ticket, and pre-pay any related charges or tips if needed. We'll pick up your bags and meet inside the terminal, level 1, by the Starbucks. The column on the outside is 6A.
 • From Airbnbs/Residences: Leave your bags in a designated spot (garage, entryway, etc.). Share the exact location and any access codes. (Confirm with your property manager that this is allowed. Bringit is not responsible for invalid codes.) We'll meet you at level 1, by the Starbucks.
 • Direct Handoff: Prefer to meet us? Schedule a pickup time and hand your luggage directly to our courier.
 • Leave it with Someone: Share their address, contact info, and pickup time. If the recipient info doesn't match or they’re unavailable, a $20 re-delivery fee applies.

You’ll get updates every step of the way, pickup confirmation, real-time tracking, and proof of delivery right to your phone.

When should I book?

Best practice is to book your service after your flight and accommodations are reserved.  Or you can book:

• Arrivals: Book any time before or right after landing.
 • Departures: Book at least 4 hours (domestic) or 6 hours (international) before your flight.

Can I book a same-day service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. Here are the guidelines:
Arrivals: 
 • We provide service for flights landing between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm MT
 • Book any time before or immediately after landing.

Departures: 
 • Our service starts at 7:00 am and ends at 9:00 pm MT.
 • Book at least 4 hours (domestic) or 6 hours (international) before your flight.

For flights outside of our operating hours, please chose the "Store and Deliver Next-Day" option in the booking system. We will pick up your luggage at the airport, hotel, Airbnb, or residence, store it, and meet you in the morning.

How do I book a service?

What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

Accepted Answer

At Bringit, we track your flight in real-time, so we usually know about the change before you even step off the plane. Here is our protocol:

1. If your flight is delayed
 • Arrivals: Don’t worry! We monitor your arrival time. Our couriers will adjust their pickup schedule automatically to match your new landing time. You don’t need to do a thing.
 • Departures: If your flight is delayed and you’ve already handed off your bags, we will still meet you at the airport at your originally scheduled time (or a newly coordinated time) to ensure you have your luggage for check-in.
2. If your flight is canceled
 • Communication is key: Please contact us @ hello@bringit.cool as soon as you receive a cancellation notice.
 • Rerouted Flights: If you are moved to a different flight number or a different day, we can update your booking at no extra charge, provided you notify us at least 4 hours before the original service time.
 • Full Cancellations: If you decide not to travel at all due to the cancellation, you can cancel your Bringit booking.  Please email us at hello@bringit.cool with your order number, reason for cancellation.  Our team will follow up with the next steps.

What's the covered area in Utah?

Your booking includes delivery within a 30-mile radius of the Salt Lake City International Airport. This includes Downtown Salt Lake City, Sugar House, University of Utah, Sandy, Cottonwood Canyons (Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, Alta), Kimble Junction, and Deer Valley and Park City resorts.  It's just $1 per extra mile; easy math, no surprises to access areas of East Village Park City or beyond. We're expanding soon to additional airports nationwide.

Do I have to meet the courier in person?

Not always. Many deliveries are contactless. We’ll confirm drop-off instructions during your booking and update you via SMS if courier meet-up is requested.

How much does it cost?

$37 covers up to 2 bags.
$10 for each extra bag.
$15 for sport equipment or non-standard items.
30 miles radius from the Salt Lake International Airport; $1 per extra mile.

If penalizations happens; it will be added to the final cost. Ex. wrong address, wrong name under the hotel reservation, etc.

Yes. We use secure tracking and trained staff with body cameras. We maintain rigorous, industry, and moral standards, so you can travel stress-free, at least from luggage.

Bringit operates an internal luggage protection program. A portion of each transaction contributes to a reserve fund. Users may opt to purchase additional third-party insurance independently.

Does Bringit deliver ski gear and oversized luggage to Park City?

Absolutely. We deliver luggage, ski gear, and snowboards to hotels and lodges in Park City, Deer Valley, East Village and nearby mountain destinations.

Absolutely, we deliver luggage strollers and car seats. When booking your service, please pick oversized luggage.

What happens if my luggage is delayed or lost?

We’ll expedite your luggage to your next destination and provide coverage up to $1,000.

Can I store luggage before my Airbnb check-in?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Request for any temporary access codes from the property manager or our couriers coordinate luggage pickup or delivery using GPS and SMS. If address, code provided, or guest is unavailable a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply.

What are the size and weight limitations?

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, each item must:
 • Weigh no more than 70 lbs (32 kg)
 • Measure no more than 62 linear inches (length + width + height)
 (Items like skis or golf clubs must be in travel cases and disclosed during booking.)

We do not accept oversized trunks, furniture, industrial cases, or irregularly shaped items that cannot be safely transported or stored.

What can I pack in my luggage?

Bringit is designed to handle standard travel luggage, but there are a few important rules to keep in mind:
✅ Permitted Items:
 • Clothes, shoes, toiletries, travel accessories
 • Sports gear (like skis or golf clubs), if properly packed
 • Laptops and electronics (though we recommend carrying these with you)
❌ Not Allowed:
 • Cash, jewelry, or other valuables
 • Fragile or perishable items (glassware, food, etc.)
 • Hazardous materials (flammables, chemicals, batteries not installed in devices)
 • Weapons, firearms, explosives, or illegal substances
 • Live animals or plants
 • Items prohibited by TSA or airline regulations

Bringit does not inspect the contents of your luggage. However, by using our service, you agree to comply with our prohibited items policy. If prohibited items are discovered or suspected, we may suspend service and involve the appropriate authorities if needed.

Do you handle wheelchairs and walkers?

Bringit will handle:

✅ Manual wheelchairs (foldable or rigid)
✅ Walkers, rollators, crutches, canes
✅ Mobility aids transported as checked luggage only
Bringit will not handle:

❌ Powered wheelchairs
❌ Non-folding wheelchairs

Bringit does not inspect the contents of your luggage. However, by using our service, you agree to comply with our prohibited items policy. If prohibited items are discovered or suspected, we may suspend service and involve the appropriate authorities if needed.

What happens if my luggage is damaged?

Our team wears body cameras to document the condition of your luggage from pickup to delivery. If your luggage is damaged, you have 24 hours to file a claim at hello@bringit.cool. Please include your order number, name, a description of the damage, and photos. We will review the information and get back to you if we have questions or once we have a final outcome.

What happens if my bag is lost by the airline?

We will contact you immediately and notify the airline that your luggage was not found at baggage claim. Our team will work with all parties involved to determine the best path forward. If our services are no longer required due to the missing luggage, a refund will be issued.

How do I request a refund?

Please submit refund requests to our customer service team. Include your order details and the reason for the return. We will review your submission and contact you to finalize the process.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 4 hours prior to scheduled service to avoid a $20 fee.  If cancellation is made after pick up, the full service may be charged.
Also, to compete a Bringit service, we require customers to upload their baggage claim ticket after checking in at the airport. If the customer does not upload the info of their luggage, after the third SMS reminder, the order will be cancelled and will charge $20 and refund the remaining balance.
