Arrivals: Don’t worry! We monitor your arrival time. Our couriers will adjust their pickup schedule automatically to match your new landing time. You don’t need to do a thing.
Departures: If your flight is delayed and you’ve already handed off your bags, we will still meet you at the airport at your originally scheduled time (or a newly coordinated time) to ensure you have your luggage for check-in.

2. If your flight is canceled
Communication is key: Please contact us @ hello@bringit.cool as soon as you receive a cancellation notice.
Rerouted Flights: If you are moved to a different flight number or a different day, we can update your booking at no extra charge, provided you notify us at least 4 hours before the original service time.

Also, to compete a Bringit service, we require customers to upload their baggage claim ticket after checking in at the airport. If the customer does not upload the info of their luggage, after the third SMS reminder, the order will be cancelled and will charge $20 and refund the remaining balance.
